Air spring was first adopted in Pullman car in the United States in 1947.By 1964, in Germany there were 55 kinds of large and medium-sized buse,38 kinds of which have used air springs. Currently,the utilization rate of air springs in luxury and high-speed city bus has reached 100% abroad,with over 80% in medium and heavy trucks and trailers,such as Ford from the united ststes,Man from Germany. Some senior sedans also adopt air springs, such as Lincoln,Daimler-Benz 600.The application of air spring is wider in some special vehicles, such as the dashboard car,ambulances with a high demand for antivibration s, and the container carrier with height regulatory requirements. In recent years, the utilization rate of air springs in commercial cars grows faster and faster.Though the domestic automobile manufacturing industry started rather late,through the rapid development in the nearly 10 years, both technical level and yield have been greatly enhanced.At the same time rubber air springs entered the domestic auto industry gradually.We have begun to research and develop air spring since 1993.With the exploration and accumulation of 10 years, the structural design is becoming more advanced and reasonable increasingly,and the variety is also becoming rich day by day.At present we have made considerable progress in the fields of air springs in vehicles and gradually grown to a leading enterprises of air spring in China.
